Ownit Homes, Building Dreams for 50+ Years

Full scale campaigns for Ownit Homes are designed on behalf of ADFX advertising agency. Ownit Homes is a family owned business first established in 1972. They have a broad portfolio of homes across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast. They provide customisable, contemporary designs that suit the Queensland lifestyle; open living floor plans, roof terraces and outdoor living rooms. Each home is tailored to the client’s vision with precision and quality at the best possible price.

My Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Art Direction and Senior Graphic Design skills to produce full scale campaigns
  • Design and produce design decks with various sample mockups including a mood board
  • Design print assets including signage, brochures and stationery
  • Design digital assets including website imagery, social media tiles, Google banner ads and email signatures
  • Work according to brand guidelines, campaign schedule and content marketing plan
  • Liaise with the ADFX directors, account manager, stakeholders and suppliers and provide art direction to other staff members
  • Manage campaign from initial brief to final production

Samples of Work

$30,000 Off Promotion:

A full scale campaign was designed to promote Ownit Home’s ‘$30,000 Off Double Storey Dream Inclusion Homes’. Base creative included photography of double story homes; beautiful exterior shots, spacious living rooms, modern kitchens, elegant bathrooms and multi-function outdoor living rooms. Photography was accompanied by bold messaging, a strong call to action and the 50+ year anniversary logo. The campaign which encompassed website imagery, Google banner ads, Facebook advertising, signage, email signatures and stationery was image led design with a clear and concise value proposition.

50+ Years Campaign:

In celebration of Ownit’s 50 year anniversary, a campaign was designed to include photography of houses built in the 1970’s to current day alongside the 50+ year anniversary logo and tagline ‘Live your way’. The photos of the houses were superimposed into polaroid picture frames and aged using photoshop filters to give a nostalgic look and feel. Campaign assets included website imagery, Google banner ads, Facebook advertising, billboard signage and stationery.
